So.. while I was taking my night shower today I decided to try out the "massage" function of my shower head. It's strange that I haven't tried it before but I've only had this one for about a year now. Anyways, I was surprised at how satisfactory the "massage" was.
My favorite setting split the torrent into three streams that had a half-second delay and the three streams were not syncronized so there was never a moment devoid of moisture.

I mean it is nowhere near as good as hands can be for massages but it's convenient when you're not a contortionist or haven't anyone around willing to "give you a hand." (Heh) Get clean and feel great! :D

Flattered

Apparently she was a lesbian after all. She told me that I'm the first guy she's actually considered dating.

Frankly, I'm flattered. xD

I just woke with a cold sweat. Rough nightmare.

Ever since I was young, I've had a fear of the end really. Sometimes I'll imagine eternal blackness, emptiness after death. Like my entire world is sucked into a black hole. With that thought, panic flushes my senses and my heart nearly lurches with the stress.

Any attempt to imitate the sense of panic is unblocked out by the mind. It's one of my worst feelings that I've produced by just thinking.

My nightmare: It was short, I was on some hill populated with people from all different parts of my life. The sound of an explosion in the distance captured our attention which was followed by a red sky and then.. hospital sheet white. Seconds later blackness dominated the visuals. I called out, no answer- solitude. I blinked once expecting to have my vision restored. I panicked blinking, intent on ridding myself of the blackness, the nothingness. I'm glad the nightmare ended there, I don't want to know the rest.

So, the Red Cross came to our school today. I volunteered to donate a pint of my blood this time around; this was my third time donating so I was pretty familiar with the process.

While waiting for a vacant station, two teachers passed out. One of these teachers was my Psychology teacher 3rd block. He passed out a few moments after waving at us and kinda just slumped downward into his chair unconscious, with his eyes still open.

Anyways, a spot finally opened for the left arm and I stepped up seeing as no one else wanted to really. The Red Cross worker attending to me was a pretty friendly guy with a grizzly grey beard. Instead of the nice prominent blood vessel in my arm that kinda pokes out of my skin a little the guy chose a rather obscure one. So he marks it off, cleans the area, and then sticks me. I usually watch it go in and daydream for a slight moment of something nice and relaxing. This time it was the Grand Tree in a green meadow like the one at the end of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

So I'm sitting there kinda bored when suddenly a RC worker nearby rushes off toward the opposite of the gym; someone had passed out giving 2 pints. Perhaps a minute and a half later, the gym doors open and a girl is wheeled in by the school nurse and put into the "Recovery" area of the gym. Soon, maybe 30 seconds after, another girl is wheeled in and she's holding her mouth with her hands. "She's about to vomit," I thought and it was confirmed by a doctor attempting to bring a transparent red waste bag over. It was much too late, I turned my neck 90 degrees to the left and I saw her vomiting and what not... I turned away knowing that I'd be nauseous seeing it.

I finished filling my pint of blood at about 6 or 7 minutes, in that time about 4 others who had passed out were brought in like the others. It's strange, most of them had already left the gym area and were in class when they passed out. To me, it seemed like there was some kind of battle raging outside the walls and this place was some kind of field hospital with people being wheeled in on recliners-stretchers.

I didn't pass out but I did feel rather fatigued by the end of the school day and I almost feel asleep during a Cultural Anthropology test. In the end, all the hurt that came of donating blood was a almost-nonexistent prick on my finger and a small hole on my arm opposite the elbow.

Halloween Scare

I was driving home from school today taking my usual route. I had taken a right turn and everything was running smoothly. I had gone about 30 yards when I glanced at the time. 3 something. When I look up I'm barreling toward the back of the car in front of me. A sense of panic shook my body; my foot was already on the brake pedal so I applied. Hard. When I had stopped I realized my right hand had found its way to the hand brake for some reason. It wasn't necessary though I was less than a foot away from the rear bumper of the car in front of me. Things starting moving soon enough. I took me a second to understand what had happened. So I've drawn a picture from the clues and facts I managed to obtain in observation.

Apparently the dark grey car would be at fault here because its driver had ignored the right of way of the dark green one by proceeding to move into the oncoming lane passing the mailman. Not able to anticipate the driver of the dark grey car, the newbie driver in the dark green car proceeded without suspicion and braked suddenly when the driver's right of way was disregarded by the oncoming car. So, what happens is almost a chain reaction. The tan car behind the green slams on the breaks suddenly. And I did so as well. Coming awfully close to the bumper. I have never gotten into an accident with the Emperor Penguin (my car) and I will do everything in my power to make it so that its spotless record is protected. That could have ruined the weekend for a couple people I think.

Ignorant drivers + newbie drivers = higher risk.
